This application form must be completed in full and submitted by every pupil seeking for a scholarship from Enwealth Foundation. Only candidate who have been admitted to a National or County school and scored at least 350 marks will be considered for the scholarship. Candidates that have been orphaned and come from a needy background will be given first priority. Please note that any false information will lead to automatic disqualification and may result in prosecution.
